Job Purpose
Management of the company's investment function, analysis and structuring of investment transactions in the oil and gas sector, development of a project portfolio, and interaction with investors and international financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Analysis of investment opportunities and transaction structuring.
• Management of the company's investment project portfolio.
• Preparation of investment proposals, analytical and presentation materials.
• Interaction with investors, DFIs, financial institutions, and partners.
• Participation in assessing the investment attractiveness of projects.
• Coordination of the approval process for investment initiatives within the company.
• Market monitoring and identification of new strategic opportunities.
Qualification Requirements
• Higher education in finance, economics, investment management, or related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the oil and gas/energy sector.
• Practical experience in investment analysis and transaction structuring.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
