Chief Financial Officer / CFO

Job Purpose

Ensuring effective financial management of the company, including financial planning, reporting, treasury, tax planning, and interaction with banks, auditors, and other external counterparties.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing a financial planning and budgeting system.

• Overseeing the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.

• Managing the company's treasury and cash flows.

• Interacting with banks, auditors, and financial consultants.

• Organizing tax planning and financial control.

• Preparing materials for management decision-making.

• Implementing and monitoring financial policies and procedures.

Qualification Requirements

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the oil and gas/energy sector.

• Practical experience with IFRS, budgeting, and treasury.

• Fluent in English and Russian.
