Job Purpose
Management of the company's legal function, development and maintenance of the compliance program, legal support for contractual activities, and interaction with regulators of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the ADGM.
Key Responsibilities
• Management of the company's legal function.
• Development and maintenance of the compliance program.
• Legal review of contracts and contract work.
• Interaction with regulators in Uzbekistan and the ADGM.
• Legal support for foreign economic and corporate activities.
• Identification, analysis, and mitigation of legal risks.
• Preparation of legal opinions and support for significant transactions.
Qualification Requirements
• Higher legal education.
• At least 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in the oil and gas/energy sector.
• Experience in managing the legal function, contract work, and compliance.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
